Today's blog is all about joy (not surprisingly!). 

Recently I've been asked several times what is 'JoyQ' about and what does the ‘Q’ stand for anyway? 

So today I'm going to answer these questions and let you take the JoyQ test.

As we’re getting older and the decades are mounting up, it’s easy to be complacent about, or to accept as true, the idea that our bodies will become less flexible and more uncomfortable and that our minds will become more set in our attitudes, beliefs and behaviour.

Well I don’t believe it. I won’t believe it. And everything that’s happening to me is telling me differently (and I’m not alone if ‘granny’ above is any indication… that’s an impressive peacock pose!)....
