Service Description

If you're in need of a deep, replenishing rest or you experience mild chronic pain, stress, fatigue or poor posture then a Relaxation massage is for you. In this nurturing session for relaxation and general wellbeing, you'll experience muscular release, subtle structural re-alignment and much needed rejuvenation at a cellular level. You'll leave with a feeling of wholeness and in touch with yourself once more. Touch is light to medium. Remedial, Sports Specific and Deep Tissue massage for specific areas are also available. All treatments have the option to include hot rock therapy, where hot rocks are placed at energy centres along the spine to create warmth and deep relaxation, balance your energy and facilitate healing.
