Group Yoga & Posture Session

Service Description

Enjoy a private group yoga and posture session with Karakrista, one of Noosa's most experienced Physiotherapists and Yoga teachers. The practice will be personalised to meet your specific needs, including a good warm-up, intelligent sequencing, poses to embrace your groups intentions and stretches to bring you all home to your Centre, in alignment and balance. Please note this price will vary according to location, the number of participants and hiring of any yoga equipment. Prices start at $150 for two. Please contact me to arrange a quote.
