Service Description

Use this session for two or more areas of pain, injury and complex conditions, if you need an extended deep tissue or sports specific treatment and for supervision of your exercise program including the Karana Posture Program. This session can also be combined with mentoring skills for chronic pain and/or self-empowerment such as "Relieve"- a pain relief meditation or "Relax" - the art of deep, conscious relaxation to activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System and promote spontaneous healing from within.
