Extended Follow-Up Physiotherapy Consult

Service Description

Use this session for two or more areas of pain, injury and complex conditions and / or if you need an extended deep tissue or sports specific treatment and exercise programs. This session can also be combined with mentoring skills for chronic pain and/or self-empowerment such as "Relieve"- a pain relief meditation or "Relax" - the art of deep, conscious relaxation to activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System and promote spontaneous healing from within.
