Hello beautiful friends, I see it everywhere I look. People mis-using their bodies. People abusing their bodies. People contributing to their own pain and the steady demise of their natural freedom of movement. I see slumping, heads sticking way out in front of the body, shoulders forward and rounded, knees locked in standing and lots of dumping of body weight into the lower back.
